**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Crew Foreman to join our team. As a Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team in the construction of concrete foundations and concrete floors. You will also ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the construction of concrete foundations and floors, including layout, formwork, pouring, and finishing.
- Lead and motivate a crew of workers, delegating tasks and ensuring that work is performed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Interpret project plans and blueprints, ensuring accurate execution of design specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on building concrete foundations.
- Proven experience as a crew foreman or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
